This brings up an important point. When you’re trying to lose weight, it’s so valuable to have a support system in place to get you through the difficult times. There will be times when you hurt physically, times when you’re struggling emotionally, times when it seems like it would be so much easier just to revert back to old habits. That’s when you need to be reminded that you’re not in it alone! Never hesitate to reach out to someone–your trainer, a friend, your partner, your family. Create a support network for yourself that will be there for you when you need it.
