With Fall right around the corner, we decided it was time to start adding apples and cinnamon to our weight loss smoothies.
If it’s too early for you to start thinking about Fall, add some ice cubes!
Ingredients:
- 1 Red Delicious Apple, sliced
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 scoop vanilla Live Rite
- 3⁄4 cup almond milk
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Sprinkle of nutmeg
- 4 large ice cubes
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in blender.
