We may be fitness fiends here at LR, but if you’re sporting a serious hangover you should probably skip that daily workout. We know, it’s hard for us too.
While many of us just want to stay in bed all day after a rough night, some think that sweating out the toxins will help relieve your hangover woes. This seems like a great idea in theory but think again.
After a night of heavy drinking, you’re already going to be dehydrated—exercising will only leave you more so. This meaning that you’ll end up feeling even worse instead of better.
So bypassing that Zumba class will be your best bet when trying to combat an annoying hangover. But if you must do something to get moving, make sure to take it easy—a light jog or easy yoga class should suffice.
