Hydrating with water is a given, but we’ve come across a few elixirs that things one step further. Each of these drinks incorporates healthy ingredients that alleviate your symptoms and help you feel better sooner.

Whip one of these drinks up when you’re feeling under the weather:

1. Fresh Ginger Tea

Use this drink to help clear up your congestion or to soothe a sore throat. Fresh ginger is always the way to go. Plus, who doesn’t love a good cup of tea?

2. Apple Cider Vinegar Brew

Sinus infections are such downers. Try making this warm drink that will help you breathe easier through your nose and feel less cloudy in your head. Apple cider vinegar and a touch of cayenne, with it’s anti-inflammatory powers, will boost your immune system.

3. Hot Toddy

A classic Hot Toddy is a healthy and low calorie drink while still keeping with the festive season. With the help of citrus, honey, and cinnamon, this remedy may just knock the cold right out of you.

4. Cranberry Cleanse

Whip up this drink if you’re feeling under the weather or for a daily detox. The cranberry juice and lemon support your kidney and liver helping to flush toxins from your body while also being antioxidant rich.
