With the celebration of Valentine’s Day this past weekend, we saw it fit to not only show love to the important people in your life but also to yourself. We came across this great cause to do just that:
“Studies show that a lack of good self-esteem is rampant. Self-love fuels good self-esteem.” The Self-Love Movement works to create more awareness about the importance of loving yourself.
We encourage our members to make the pledge to make a 31 Days of Self-Love Commitment to do your best to do something loving for yourself for the next 31 days.
