For most, yesterday was probably filled with food, food, and more food that definitely threw you off balance. If you’re not feeling your best, a body d
etox may be in order especially after your Turkey Day festivities.

Detox drink recipes can aid in ridding your body of toxins bringing it back to a healthy balance. Here at LR, we certainly recommend drinking lots of water. So we’ve got you covered with a delicious Dream Water recipe to help get you back on track.

A large pitcher, lemons, cucumbers, and cilantro are just a few of the ingredients you’ll need. For the full recipe head over to Art and the Kitchen!
Tip: Try preparing the night before so the flavor from the ingredients is stronger.
