No Gym? No Problem! Use Our WOD's At Home

All this snow is bound to put a damper on your fitness spirit, but don’t let that stop you! Working out at home can be just as fulfilling as going to the gym.

Don’t know where to start? Well, you don’t need to pull out those ancient workout videos that’s for sure. If you haven’t heard of the LR Werkout’s Of The Day then you have been seriously missing out!

Everyday we post up a workout to help you get your daily dose of fitness. These exercises help tone up your body from you butt to your arms and can even be used as a warm up or cool down. Many of our instructors use them to start off their awesome classes.

So don’t worry if you can’t make it, we’ve got you covered inside and outside of the gym!

Some of our most popular WOD’s are Drenched, Booty Call, and Rock Bottoms.
