Whether you’re a morning goer or after-work girl, getting yourself to the gym can be a struggle sometimes.
We all make excuses. It’s inevitable—and we’re only human! If you constantly find yourself bailing out on your sweat sessions, we’re thinking something needs to change. If you’ve found yourself using one of the following reasons to trick yourself into not going to the gym:
1. The weather is terrible!
