Ok, eggnog isn’t for everyone but maybe this smoothie will be! It’s a holiday favorite for many, so why not try whipping up this festive drink with potassium-filled bananas, yummy greek yogurt, and spice-filled nutmeg and cinnamon. Yum!
- 1 cup preferred milk
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 pitted Mejool dates
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop of Body Lab by Jennifer Lopez Tasty Shakes
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
