Happy New Year, ladies!
To help you start 2016 on the right foot, we bring you this delicious smoothie. A breakfast (or any time) smoothie, we brought together cantaloupe, a squeeze of lime juice, and some yummy yogurt.
Here’s everything you need:
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 2 cups cubed ripe cantaloupe
- 1 scoop of Body Lab by Jennifer Lopez Tasty Shakes
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 10 mint leaves,
- 1 tablespoon honey
- A few ice cubes
Blend all together and enjoy!
