Fruit smoothies are some of faves here at LR, so we threw together a delicious recipe for you all to try at home.
It’s gluten and dairy-free that’s chock-full of disease-fighting antioxidants, vitamin C, and fiber. Yummy pears also contain hydroxycinnamic acid which may fend off stomach and lung cancers. You have to try this!
Note: Cranberries are naturally tart so if you don’t prefer that taste, you can always add in bit of your go-to sweetner.
- 1 cup frozen or fresh cranberries
- 1 pear
- 1 scoop of Body Lab by Jennifer Lopez Tasty Shakes
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon all spice
- 1 handful ice
Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
