After giving birth to my daughter 5 months ago, I have lost 62 lb. in total—52 lb. in the first 3 months and then 10 lb. more after.
While I was pregnant, my eating habits went from normal to UNCONTROLLABLE. I was eating whatever I felt like eating. I still walked 3 miles every other-day at the gym (Lucille Roberts in Yonkers), and that helped me through my whole pregnancy.
To lose the baby weight, I started replacing 1 meal and 1 snack each day with LiveRite protein shakes, which keep me very satisfied. I drink 1 for breakfast (made with 1% milk and coffee) and 1 around 6:00 pm (this one I mix with any fruit). The shakes keeps me full of energy for at least 4 hrs, plus the taste is awesome!!
