I discovered this uniquely sweet fruit at the Union Square market and was intrigued by its red prickly skin.
Little did I know that it would contain a soft sweet pulp that was absolutely delicious!
- pulp from 2 Rambutan
- 1 scoop vanilla Live Rite protein powder
- 6oz plain almond milk (or skim)
1. Slice Rambutan in half to remove inner pulp.
2. Chop pulp into bite sized pieces.
3. Combine all ingredients and blend.
