Pear Nectar Shake
- Crush 4-6 ice cubes in a blender.
- Add 10-12 0z. of water or 1% milk. (If you’re lactose intolerant, use soy or lactose-free.)
- Add 1 small brown pear (cut up into pieces).
- Add ½ tsp. almond extract.
- Add 1 scoop of Vanilla or Chocolate LiveRite shake mix.
- Blend and enjoy!
