Snag Gabrielle Union-Wade’s Fitness & Diet Tips When You’re On-The-Go


Gabrielle Union has come a long way from her Bring It On days. The actress has been busy starring in “Being Mary Jane” and is now married to NBA superstar, Dwyane Wade—and she’s never looked better!

So what are her secrets to stay fab and fit?

Gabrielle-Union-fitness-inspirationThe 43 year-old star may not have a lot of time to get out to the gym—she admits she’d rather take a cat nap in an interview with Everyday Health—but stays focused by doing some exercises in her trailer.

“I’ll do 20 jumping jacks, I’ll run in place for like 30 seconds, I’ll drop down and do 10 push ups and 10 sit-ups, and I’ll do 15 curls [with 5-pound weights] and 15 squats,” Union explains. Her goal is to get those moves out-of-the-way in a minute and a half to two minutes to push herself.
