3 Detox Ingredients You Should Add To Your H2O

We love H20 just as much as the rest girl, but we always know that sometimes you need to spice it up a bit. That’s where the yummy—and healthy—ingredients come in to not only get you to drink more water, but also to get your detox on. Try adding the three ingredients below to your water bottle and see the difference.

Lemon: One of the most powerful (and popular) detox add-ins is lemon. It improves digestion, supports your immune system, cures bad breath, brightens your skin, and aids weight loss. What’s not to love?

Ginger: If you didn’t already know, ginger is packed with vitamins and can also help combat serious health problems, such as acid reflux and risk of heart problems. All you need to do is boil or steam some chopped ginger in hot water and enjoy!

Apple Cider Vinegar: Ok, so this isn’t not the best smelling or tasting ingredient but it does the trick! It’s the ultimate detox companion for many with its list of enzymes, minerals, and amino acids. One teaspoon for every 8 oz glass of water is just what you need.
