I’m sure you’ve heard that adding some fruits or veggies to your water will enhance it more for health benefits. Add ons such as lemon, lime, cucumber and others are good options.
One other fruit that is usually not thought of to add into your H20 is grapefruit. It’s considered a fat-burning food that can kick-start metabolism and curb cravings. Lemon water is known to help people lose weight, so adding grapefruit in with it could be something even better because of its low-calorie way to add flavor to H2O.
All you have to do is cut up a few wedges of grapefruit and squeeze the juice into your water (hot or cold), or place a couple thin slices into your glass. Do this along with the lemon—and enjoy an added weight loss opportunity.
