These days we all are busy running around trying to get everything done. Whether it’s rushing to work in the morning, racing to get the kids on the school bus, or trying to squeeze in a workout before the day ends, life can get extremely busy. The next thing you know, you’re not sitting down for dinner till 10 o’clock!
While doing this may seem ok to you, it’s really not the best things for your body. The healthier thing to do is make sure that you’re eating dinner with plenty of time to digest before bed. Eating before bed doesn’t necessarily mean you’re going to gain, but it will make you feel uncomfortable.
Experts say that eating the earliest you can is the best thing to do in this case. Eating at 6:30 pm is usually your best bet because you never want to go to be on a full stomach. You need to give yourself time to digest before bed.
