Peanut Butter Banana Shake
- Crush 4-6 ice cubes in a blender.
- Add 10-12 0z. of water or 1% milk (or soy or lactose free).
- Add 1 tbsp. natural peanut butter (no trans fat!).
- Add ½ of a ripe banana.
