Grilled Fruit a la Yogurt
Ingredients:
- Assorted fruits (ideas: pear, plum, peach)
- Olive oil
- Fat-free Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
Directions:
1. Place fruits on grill or grill pan until glazed and charred (no more than 4 minutes).
2. Serve with a spoonful of Greek yogurt.
