3 Small Changes For Major Weight Loss!

Losing weight can be a real struggle for many of us—we all know it! Whether you just can’t stop snacking on even the healtiest of treats or getting to the gym isn’t your top priority, shedding the pounds is tough.

So why not make your life a little bit easier by making a few small tweaks to your lifestyle? Your body will thank you later!

Here are our three suggestions:

Eat breakfast – It’s the most important meal of the day, people! Plus, a recent survey of more than 2,000 people who lost significant weight and kept it off for at least 5 years found that 78 percent ate breakfast 7 days a week.

Limit yourself – Instead of going up for seconds, try only eating 80 percent of your normal amount. It takes 20 minutes for your stomach to signal your brain that you’re full, so you’ll be satisfied.

Walk for 30 minutes a day – Even the biggest couch potatoes can do this! All you need is 30 minutes of moderate exercise (AKA walking) to help keep the pounds off.
