Watch out quinoa, there’s a new nutritious super grain in town!
While quinoa has been a favorite among dieters and healthy gurus for a while now, farro is quickly catching up. Similar to rice, farro is little softer and tenderer in texture. It’s a good alternative for people who just can’t with the nutty flavor and texture of quinoa.
But the question is: Is farro healthier than quinoa? Both grains are a great source of fiber and protein, but farro offers a bit more calcium than quinoa.
So, which is your fave? We want to know!
