Below we created a 20 minute booty blasting workout to ensure you will be strutting your buns of steel with confidence!
Note: Complete each exercise for 1 minute in the listed order. You have the option to grab a pair of 5- 8 pound dumbbells for the targeted booty workouts.
Rest for 1 minute after one circuit and repeat the circuit once more. Make this a 30 minute booty sweat session by repeating two more times!
