A Workout Guide to Burn Halloween Candy

We are definitely past the age of trick or treating, but we can certainly still celebrate Halloween, especially by eating our favorite candy. Which do you prefer candy corn or snickers? Regardless of your preferences, do not let eating a couple candies haunt you because of the high calories and sugar.  You can easily sweat off your favorite indulgences on your next workout. Check out just how many of your favorite candies you’re burning off at your next workout:

19 pieces Candy Corn (140 calories)  –> 20 minutes of HIIT.

Milky Way, Mounds, Snickers, or Twix  (snack/fun size 80 calories each)  –> 10 minutes jump rope

 Sour Patch Kids (1 fun size kids pack, 210 calories) –> 20 minutes of circuit training

Starbursts  (8 pieces = 160 calories)  –> 40 minutes of Zumba.

Twix ( 2 fun size bars = 160 calories ) –> 30 minutes of  climbing the stairs
