- Jump Rope – Who knew this childhood hobby is also an effective calorie blasting, heart pumping workout. Spend 10 minutes skipping away to your favorite playlist and burn up to 100+ calories!
- Stairs/Steps Squat Jumps – A booty and leg burner. Try 30 jumping squats with a 30 second rest in between each set.
3. KettleBell Swings – This move is known to elevate your heart rate, which means the metabolism is moving at a rapid rate. Do 3 sets of 20 swings (using proper form of course) and get your calorie burn on!
4. Kickboxing – Combining strength training and ongoing movement, kickboxing will burn about 107 calories in just 10 minutes.
Bonus: If running is your thing, then lace up your sneakers and go for a quick mile run. Running or jogging a mile burns approximately 100 calories. This is typically done in 10 minutes. If running isn’t for you, add sprint intervals to help kill time and burn more calories! All-out spring for 15 seconds, then take 45 seconds to recover slowly. Repeat 10 times.
