Kickbox for a Stronger, Sexier You!

Feel the burn with this highly energetic, fat blasting workout, great for targeting the core, arms, back, the booty and legs. Basically kickboxing is what you do if you are craving sweat from head to toe.

The workout engages all of your muscles as you profusely sweat and cry (tears of pain and joy) doing moves like knee strikes, jabs and round kicks! Other than being a great physical workout, kickboxing is a form of self defense and according to the Institute of Cognitive and Evolutionary Anthropology in Oxford, England, studies prove it can reduce stress and is healthy way to release anger or aggression.
