We are happy to introduce to you #LRStrong member Valerie DiPiazza, Clifton member of 4 years and a client of #LRStrong trainer Dalida! Valerie has lost over 60lbs with the help of trainer Dalida and the inner motivation to live a long, healthy and happy life for herself and her family. 1. How long have you been and why did you join Lucille Roberts?
Approximately 4 years and to live a healthier life style in an environment of women with the same goals as mine.
3. When and why did you decide to try training with Dalida?
I would watch her train with other members and I noticed their results and how they were always so motivated. Plus I wanted to change things up a bit because I felt my workout was getting stale. I noticed things she did were so outside of the box.
4. How has Dalida helped to improve your lifestyle and achieve your goals?
She pushed me through, motivated me and gave me healthy meal plans. She just said so many times “ You CAN You CAN “ when I thought I couldn’t or felt like giving up I just hear her and I keep pushing.
5. What do you struggle with the most when you try to live a healthy and active lifestyle?
Honestly, weekends and wine like a lot of women 🙂
6. What are your favorite workouts with Dalida/ What workouts make you feel stronger & more empowered?
Any of her SGT ( Small group training) THAT ARE A BOOT CAMP STYLE. I like lifting heavier weights and strength and TRX training.
7. What are your not so favorite workouts, but you love them anyways because you know they work?
Running ! Tired and shred is one of the best SGT classes that delivers the best results . I hate it when its happening, but I love the results! I feel amazing after I am done ! But I do give her the evel eye ! Lol
8. What are your overall health and fitness goals and describe how your progress is going! (i.e how much weight you lost? If you have gained any muscles in your abs, legs, booty?!
I have lost about 60 lbs in 2yrs and continue to focus on toning and strength. I see a huge difference in muscle tone in my arms and legs. Plus a much rounder booty !! ?
9. Except for Dalida, who motivates and inspires you to be better ?
My grandchildren!!! I want to be in shape and live a longer life to see them grow!!! I wan to be able to play ball and run around with them !!! They inspire me !!!
10. Anything else you would like to share?
Lucille Roberts is a great gym and I love coming here.
