A Smoothie to Help You Reset and Recharge

A new year calls for a refreshing smoothie to reset and recharge after the holiday season. This pick-me-up drink is filled with nutritious ingredients the body needs and craves to ensure it performs its best. Start your day right with this burst of green goodness!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 cups spinach for daily dose of greens. 
  • 1 fruit of choice such as an apple, pear for fiber and essential carbohydrates
  • 2 cups coconut water for electrolytes.
  • 1 avocado or any healthy fat of choice like 3 tablespoons chia seeds for healthy fats
  • 1/2 banana (frozen for at least 15 minutes) or milk of choice such as 1/2 cup almond milk for creamy texture
  • 1 teaspoon honey, or date for sweetness

Blend everything, serve with or without ice.
