This Tropical Tangy Peach Smoothie is a mess free, portable and nutritious way to satisfy your gut.
Ingredients:
- 2 handfuls baby spinach/kale
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 lemon, squeezed
- 1 cup frozen peach
- 1/2 orange
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 1/4 cups water
- Add ice to make slushy/frothy.
- 1 tablespoon almond butter (optional to make more filling and for good fats).
